Over the past 7 years, Kushal's career has spanned the engineering, consulting, and impact investing spaces. Kushal began his professional career as a R&D Mechanical Engineer for a leading cold chain supplier in the US, designing solutions to transport medicines to hard-to-reach areas in third-world countries and receiving a patent for an innovative design. He later shifted to strategy consulting at Accenture, collaborating with clients on growth strategies and operations in the technology, information security, CPG, industrial, and non-profit sectors. Most recently and prior to SustainVC, Kushal focused on impact investing as an AIF Clinton Fellow at the Central Square Foundation (New Delhi), as an MBA Summer Associate at Reach Capital, and as co-president of the Wharton Impact Investing Partners. Kushal is a recent graduate of Wharton's MBA program at the University of Pennsylvania.
In his free time, Kushal enjoys history podcasts, cooking vegetarian meals, and exploring the outdoors.
