Michael Ferrante is an Operations executive with deep experience in growing companies. Mr. Ferrante is an Executive Member of Galehead Development, the trusted greenfield development platform for Independent Power Producers (IPPs), global utilities and Fortune 500 energy companies. Mr. Ferrante also serves as the Executive in Residence and Advisory Board Chair for Sunwealth Power, Inc, a Somerville, MA – based clean energy investment firm that unites accredited investors with commercial solar projects through its Solar Impact Fund. Prior to these latest roles, he was Chief of Operations and on the diligence team for all mergers and acquisitions at MultiPlan, a leading company providing technology-driven cost containment solutions in healthcare. Over his 22-year career at MultiPlan, Mr. Ferrante helped lead the growth of the company from a market value of $200 million to over $8 billion. He holds a BS in Mathematics from Fairfield University, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
