Carol Clark is co-founder and was CEO/Chair of MindLeaders Inc. from its formation in 1981 until its acquisition in 2007 by Skilsoft.com. MindLeaders, Inc. was an employee and individual performance-improvement company providing personalized learning that supported organizational success. Ms. Clark has more than 35 years of management experience as well as an extensive background in computer programming, software development and education. Ms. Clark currently serves on the Boards of Directors of MassMatrix Corp. (a protein bioinformatics company) and Ecolibrium Solar Inc. (a solar racking enterprise); on the Investment Committee for the Patient Capital Collaborative ’13 Fund; on the TechGROWTH Ohio Fund Investment Committee; on the Executive Committee of the Ohio TechAngels Funds; and as an active angel investor in Golden Seeds Angel Group in New York City and the Rising Tide Fund in San Francisco, CA. A graduate of Gettysburg College with a BA in Mathematics, Ms. Clark also earned an MBA from West Virginia University. Carol and her husband, Bob, have four children and two grandchildren; they enjoy music of all genres, travelling to exotic places and cycling on backroads.
